ONLINE THERAPEUTIC YOGA & PILATES

These online classes BLEND ELEMENTS OF YOGA, PILATES, MASSAGE & MINDFUL RELAXATION TO ADDRESS IMBALANCES IN YOUR MYO-FASCIAL-SKELETAL SYSTEMS THROUGH TRACTION, ENGAGEMENT AND RELEASE. We do this through Strength, stretching, release and Relaxation.

WE utilize PROPS in ALMOST every class. SOME FROM TRADITIONAL YOGA, SOME FROM MASSAGE AND PILATES, AND SOME THAT WE’VE ADAPTED SPECIFICALLY TO OFFER YOU RELIEF, STABILITY AND STRENGTH from the comfort of your own home.

ONGOING ONLINE CLASSES

30 minute classes are ongoing and held at 12PM pst. You can also do drop in.

Each class includes a live ZOOM class and the HD video recording of that class for a week.

They go into the On Demand Library a month later.

FOR THIS CLASS ALL YOU NEED IS A MAT, CHAIR AND YOUR BODY.

THIS A FUN CLASS INCORPORATING GENTLE DYNAMIC MOVEMENT FOR YOUR JOINTS AND BALANCE. We will do Mat and BARRE STYLE PILATES FOR STRENGTH AND STRETCHING TO RELEASE TENSION.

60 MINUTE IN PERSON CLASSES are also live through ZOOM for you to join. These are run in 5 week series.

IN A SUPPORTIVE SETTING WE WILL FOCUS ON YOGA, PILATES AND SELF MASSAGE TECHNIQUES TO WORK THROUGH THE ENTIRE BODY FOR BALANCE. COMBINING STRENGTH, STABILITY AND FLEXIBILiTY THROUGH CONTROLLED DYNAMIC MOVEMENT. WE will stretch, strengthen and massage your whole body and we’ll have fun doing it.
