IN A SUPPORTIVE SETTING WE WILL FOCUS ON YOGA, PILATES AND SELF MASSAGE TECHNIQUES TO WORK THROUGH THE ENTIRE BODY FOR BALANCE. COMBINING STRENGTH, STABILITY AND FLEXIBILiTY THROUGH CONTROLLED DYNAMIC MOVEMENT. WE will stretch, strengthen and massage your whole body and we’ll have fun doing it.

We will use movement, stretching, Beginners Pilates, breath, AROMATHERAPY, massage and mindfulness to regulate the nervous system. This class will Increase your mobility and balance, while decreasing pain and stress.
Learn techniques you can use every day to reset your nervous system and bring balance.
This is a gentle class for all bodies and levels.

In person classes are 60 minutes and all props are provided.
These classes are $110 for a series of 5.
