4 week Series:

This 4 week series is designed to explore yoga and self massage utilizing a variety of props.
This class is for beginners and those wanting a gentle class focused on increasing flexibility and decreasing tension held in the body.
Some features for the classes will be:
A combination of yoga with self massage techniques
Modifying postures for comfort and previous/current injuries
Adapt poses to varying body types and abilities (as no body is the same)
Build confidence and knowledge in alignment and movement
Slow the practice down and delve inwards to reconnect with your body
No prior yoga experience is required — this class is a welcoming space to begin or return to your practice with no pressure.

In person classes are 60 minutes and all props are provided.

IN A SUPPORTIVE SETTING WE WILL FOCUS ON YOGA, PILATES AND SELF MASSAGE TECHNIQUES TO WORK THROUGH THE ENTIRE BODY FOR BALANCE. COMBINING STRENGTH, STABILITY AND FLEXIBILiTY THROUGH CONTROLLED DYNAMIC MOVEMENT.
WE will stretch, strengthen and massage your whole body and we’ll have fun doing it.
you will feel amazing after every class and notice a change in your body and awareness.
