The Downloadable Heal Your Nervous System Cranial Nerve Course Part 2

A Polyvagal approach to Yoga and breath. Release and relax.
Each class offers different tools to relax ands reset your nervous system. We will stimulate the cranial nerves to help restore safety and balance in the body.
We will focus on the 5 cranial nerves that originate in the brainstem. Jessica Knox will lead you through gentle neurosomatic yoga, EFT tapping, breathwork, self massage and acupressure; while incorporating essential oils and guided meditation.
Each weekly will be different and you’ll learn which cranial nerve activation is the most effective reset tool for you.
The Downloadable Core Course Level 1
A Core Course to build a foundation of core strength.
A safe class for all levels.
A series of five, 30 minute classes.

Pilates, Yoga and therapeutic exercises for our core: pelvic floor and transverse abdominis. We will also include abdominal, glutes and back muscles.
Having a strong core is an essential base for stability and strength. We will start with the basics. This approach will help with low back, hip and pelvic floor pain, weakness and dysfunction.
You will need a mini stability ball (see props page for substitute) and yoga or pilates mat for this course.

The Downloadable Glute Course Level 1
A Glute Course to build glute strength and learn to properly recruit and engage the Gluteal Muscles in your butt!
A safe class for all levels.
A series of five, 30 minute classes.

Pilates, Yoga and therapeutic exercises for our glutes: Gluteus Maximus and Gluteus Medius. We will also include our core abdominals: pelvic floor and transverse abdominis.
Having strong glutes and core is an essential base for stability, strength and mobility in your hips to help keep your low back safe. We will learn to properly recruit, engage and strengthen your glutes.
This approach will help with low back and hip pain, it will also help decrease hamstring tightness in the back of the legs and we will increase mobility and flexibility in the hips.
You will need a flexband and 2 blocks (see props page for substitute) and yoga or pilates mat for this course.

GENTLE Stretch and Strength Upper Body and Core Basics level 1
In these creative 5 week Pilates and Yoga course we will learn how to safely incorporate flexbands, light weights and a mini stability ball in to our practice.
This is great class for those looking for a gentle approach to strengthening, increasing flexibility and improving your posture.
We will build a foundation of deep core strength, so you will feel safe and confident in all your activities. We will bring this core awareness in to our upper body or our lower body focus.
Resistance training increases muscle strength by making your muscles work against a weight or force. These courses are a safe way to strengthen and stretch your upper body or lower body incorporating core strength.
I will offer ways to make each movement easier or harder, so you can tailor the practice to your body. The bands, light weights and ministability ball are incredible for stretching our full fascia and engaging the stabilizing musculature around our joints, so we build our strength safely and functionally.
You will need light weights 1-3 lbs for UPPER BODY Course, 3-5 lbs for LOWER BODY Course, flexband, mini stability ball, chair and your mat for both these courses.
