This 4 -week mindful nutrition package breaks down the science behind stress and nervous system dysregulation and how that can create inflammation and disrupt our digestion. Through a mindful eating practice, we will stimulate our vagus nerve, connecting us to our parasympathetic nervous system, our “rest and digest” state that is so important for healing.

This 4-week package includes a 60 minute initial consultation, another 30 minute consultation within the 4 weeks, weekly goals, meal plans, and lifestyle tips to support healing and reconnecting us to our most vibrant self. Consultations can be in-person or online. This package is $120.
